I like to leave it simply by using only water to add more things later. Many people think that to make the creamy oatmeal need to add milk.

First, let’s make oatmeal to build muscle baked potato.


  1. Oatmeal
  2. Red Potatoes
  3. Turkey Bacon
  4. Garlic
  5. Sea Salt
  6. Pepper
  7. Greek yogurt

Chop up some red potatoes into small pieces.

Season with a little garlic, sea salt and pepper.

Then bake for for 410F degrees for about 20 minutes or until they are soft. As the potatoes are cooking, cook some bacon in a frying turkey anti-aderente.

When bacon is cooked we chop them.

Now we put all together. Add oats, red potatoes, turkey bacon bits, Greek yogurt and some cheddar cheese.

  1. Oatmeal

  4. Goat Cheese

  7. Spinach
  8. Kale

Light a non-stick pan over medium heat and sprinkle with coconut oil.

Add garlic and chopped kale.

Let’s cook kale simmered to make it softer.

Then add the spinach cook very quickly so you just need a minute.

If you want, you can also browning chopped tomatoes into the skillet or leave roast in the oven.

The following is one of my favorites, spiced tart berries.

With one of my favorite spices – turmeric that gives a great flavor and color.


  1. Oatmeal
  2. Blueberries and Blackberries
  3. Cinnamon
  4. Almond Milk
  5. Walnuts
  6. Allspice
  7. Turmeric and Raw Stevia
  8. Fruit Cake
  9. Granola
  10. Coconut Oil


Heat a pan anti-aderente medium-high heat and add coconut oil.

Mix fresh blueberries and blackberries and sear in the pan.

As the berries are heated, they begin to explode and create a nice, dark syrup.

Mash gently with a spatula to speed up the process.

Add a dash or two of cinnamon and remove the berries from the heat.

Add almond milk, walnuts and a pinch of allspice, turmeric and raw stevia.

Mix and then top it with our warm berries.

Garnish with granola to give a “crunchy texture”.

  2. Almond Milk
  3. Strawberries

  11. Poppy Seeds


Add a little almond milk to your porridge, mashed bananas, vanilla extract, nogales, raw stevia and if you feel elegant, a little fresh lemon zest.

Mix well and cover with fresh strawberries.

Garnish with Greek yogurt, some chopped nuts and poppy seeds. That is it

Finally, it’s time for something very different – Roasted red peppers stuffed oatmeal.


  1. Oatmeal
  2. Red Pepper
  3. Corn
  4. Black Beans
  5. Greek yogurt
  6. Garlic
  7. Cumin
  8. Smoked Paprika
  9. Cayenne Pepper
  10. Mozzarella Cheese
  11. And Fresh Cilantro


Cut the peppers in half and remove seeds.

Place halves down on cookie sheet and bake at 410F for 15 minutes or until it soft.

We going to add corn, black beans, Greek yogurt to make it creamy, a little garlic, cumin, smoked paprika and a little cayenner for extra kick.

Once peppers are baked, stuffed with oatmeal and put fat mozzarella cheese on top.

Bake for another 8 minutes at 410F, then garnish with chopped fresh cilantro. Enjoy it!.
