An alarming amounts of items in supermarkets sold as reduced fat or healthy options are actually concealing unbelievable amounts of hidden calories, fats, sugars and salt which are not healthy foods.

1. Prepared Salads

An average shop bought chicken salad with dressing contains 730 calories, 48 grams of fat and 1,280 milligrams of sodium.

Whilst sushi is not that unhealthy in a direct sense it can easily lead to over eating.
